Drill mines many blocks way too quickly

I don't know how it gets calculated, but in practice, the electric drill mines through a lot of blocks as if they have 0 hardness. This means you blow through more than you mean to if you're not careful. It makes sense that it should mine things faster, but stuff like manual crafters where punching serves a purpose especially suffer from being picked up immediately on accident.

Blocks I remember off the top of my head that pick up too fast:

• Basic Tubes
• Regular Dirt
• Manual Crafters
• Planks

I'm sure there's more than that though.

My best guess is to have some kind of diminishing boost to speed. Like a non-linear change. Logarithmic or something. I don't know enough math or enough Luanti yet, but it seems like the blocks themselves aren't conducive to fussy levels of strength, right? They seem to be integer values from what I've read so far.

I don't know. If you want to put this on the back burner for now, I don't blame you. I struggle to make sense of things right now.

Other blocks I've noticed lately instantly dig with drill:

• deployers
• node removers

Raising the full_punch_interval from 0.1 to 0.3 makes it a lot more workable without changing the game balance. Still mines the softest nodes ultra-fast, but you can at least click intentionally very briefly now without it mining through multiple blocks at once. I'm still trying to make sense of some of this stuff.

It's either that and/or raise block type [3]'s drill time. I'm trying not to get too far into the weeds here and just find a quick fix for the issue. Let me know if you want me to draft up a pull request or if you have some ideas on it. This stuff all feels really weird to me coming from Minecraft. Like, there's only three block types when it comes to mining speed? Wut.

It might be worth formalizing some level differences between these tool types and what the line or curve should be in efficiency differences. This is what it looks like right now (lines between points are illustrative only, as it's all just three fixed points each tool)

I think linear changes could be fine. Maybe even just use a function to generate the delay value corresponding to the block type number for each tool type.

Here are some linear alternatives I came up with that remain close to the existing balance between tools. Should prevent the issue with the drill by having the minimum delay higher for it as well. Let me know what you think.
