Error - 'subset' must be logical #4

Hi, any idea what this error I'm getting when running extractFeatures is?
[2:01] Error in subset.data.frame(edges, "explicit_output") :
'subset' must be logical
[2:01] It comes at the end, after it says (MSG) [2] in cComponentManager : Processing finished! System ran for 52353 ticks.
[2:03] I'm using some components I dont usually use, I'll try to figure out which is causing the issue
[2:05] Also, came with this In addition: Warning message:
In .rs.normalizePath(filePath) : path[1]="": No such file or directory
