Teaching week all-day event property issue

All all-day teaching week indicator events are configured as "busy" and have an 30-mins reminder set.

I've checked the google calendar-specific settings and found that I have my event notification for events set to 30 mins before but for all-day events set to 1 days before at 19:00. And I don't find settings regarding the busy/free configuration.
