Not particularly smart about what is or isn't a string literal #6
Description
For instance, it will royally screw this up by trying to add quotes when it inserts a newline, because it sees the quote in the comment and thinks the whole line is a literal.
foo( get_the_latest_frob( /* John "needs" us to frob here */ ) + zorp() - bebop() );
NB: if the solution involves figuring out if we're in a string literal (I suspect it may), the presence of escaped quotes could be a hassle.
