[Idea/Suggestion] Replace tracking elements/IDs with random garbage (instead of *removing* them).

The idea is that this would disturb that tracking mechanism as a whole because it'd become useless when completely random users suddenly use the same tracking IDs/elements/tokens (randomly).

As in users of "ClearURLs" would help *muddy the waters* for everyone else too.

(I think I have a vague memory of something similar - possibly form/via HackADay - not in this context).
