Get Details of a Sensor

I want to be able to get pertinent details regarding a sensor, without having to physically examine the sensor, so I can remotely troubleshoot a networked board

Same deal as get board details, just more specific

Acceptance Criteria

That via a command, specifying which sensor, I can get pertinent details of that sensor including:

• Sensor name
• Sensor Id
• Sensor Type
• Pin
• Test Pin (if applicable)
• Current sampling rate
