Implement pagination

Pagination should be implemented by implementing a new high level "GuiParser" class. The GuiParser should return n guis that are parsed where n=>0. This is needed due to pagination and how it should create multiple guis. This will require a partial rewrite of the gui token and possible cloning and possible some setters in the gui token class. The gui parser class will result a collection with all the parsed guis. This should result in a version bump due to breaking backwards compatibility.
