Telemetry

We need a way to (semi) accurately track resolution progress. 
Probably new advice (TelemetryAdvice?) can be created ([like this](https://github.com/Codarama/diet-engine/tree/master/src/main/java/org/codarama/diet/event/aop)), or the [ProfilingAdvice](https://github.com/Codarama/diet-engine/blob/master/src/main/java/org/codarama/diet/event/aop/ProfilingAdvice.java) can be reused.
