Audit and transfer updated Grant Page design into BCAN Figma file

Context / Motivation
Rachel’s updated Grant Page introduces improved UX patterns and visual structure, but it currently lives outside the primary BCAN Figma system. Consolidate this work into a single source and ensure there is full feature parity with the existing product.

This ticket ensures no functionality is lost during redesign and that any gaps, regressions, or ambiguities are surfaced early for project leads.

Scope

1. Transfer Rachel’s Grant Page designs into the main BCAN Figma file
2. Audit transferred designs against existing BCAN Grant designs to confirm:
   -- All currently implemented features are represented
   -- No regressions in functionality or user flow
3. Identify and flag design issues with project leads, including:
   -- Missing flows or states
   -- Redundant or conflicting elements
   -- Potential UX gaps or unclear interactions
4. Consolidate Grant Page designs into a clean, organized structure within the BCAN Figma file

Acceptance Criteria

1. Grant Page designs are fully recreated within the BCAN Figma file
2. A feature parity checklist is included, confirming alignment with the current implementation
3. Design annotations added to flag:
   -- Missing or incomplete flows
   -- Redundant or unnecessary elements
   -- Potential UX risks or open questions
4. Figma file is clean and organized:
   -- No unused or deprecated components
   -- Clear naming and sectioning
   -- Easy developer handoff
