Acceptance Criteria

• Create a notion or doc or any other editor with action plan including tools, report format, different options for architecture if multiple are viable

Reopening this - looking for a simpler technical plan for an endpoint that takes data from our DB and spits out a PDF (into S3)

Output can be a ticket for making the lambda
