When creating a new tag, a user should be presented with similar tags

Tags should be unique. Tags are not an effective way of searching for a comic if trivially different tags exist and are not associated with the same set of comics. For example, there should not be a "Math" tag and a "Mathmatics" tag, since these tags are conceptually equivalent.

Describe the solution you'd like
To help prevent the creation of conceptually equivalent tags, the user should be presented with a list of similarly (spelt) tags when they go to create a new tag.
