We need the user to go back to the survey after 10 queries (max) on the app. There is no min.
- This is independent for both phases 1 and 2 (i.e. max resets after each section)

Solution:

• Send a message to the user after 10 queries to "Please return to the Qualtrics Survey"
• Grey out the input box (i.e. disable chat)
