Steps in Documentation for Windows

There are few steps, i feel if we add would make the installation process more intuitive

1. From where to install qgis a direct link
2. How and from where to install git and how to set its env path (we already have it documented in DC repo would be good, if we could link that from here)
3. Cloning command is missing
4. As get-pip.py is not straight away downloadable, it would be helpful if we could guide them that they need to copy-paste and then run the file
