Bug: removing session from active sessions list should release the OS handle and allow that folder to be removed

Specifically happened on Windows.

Reproduction steps:
- open session on some folder
- work on that session
- close the session (removed from active sessions list)
- try to remove that folder (while Cooper is still running)
- remove should fail, as handle is still being held by Cooper on that folder
