Refresh button clears selected content

**Describe the bug**
Selected content is cleared after clicking on the Refresh button

**To Reproduce**
1. Open Content Sync tool from the Apps
2. Choose the target environment
3. Select some content to be synchronized
4. Click on the Refresh button
5. The content selection is cleared

**Expected behavior**
The content selection should not be cleared
