Re-use LLM settings where possible #33
Description
Use already existing LLM configuration in admin.
To make this viable, we will either need to make LLM settings accept vertex file (need to check Ruby-LLM handles this), AND/OR write wrappers so that we can use various api key based services with Sensemaker.
The question is, what happens if user selects a service that Ruby LLM supports, but Sensemaker doesn't? We will need some to indicate this in the settings page or Sensemaker tab.
