Can't run cli release packages on a hardened windows system

I am interested in executing the Cosmian CLI packages on a hardened Windows system; however, the policy prohibits this due to the lack of signature :

Reproduction :

1. Download the cli release file on github or packages.cosmian.com : https://package.cosmian.com/cli/1.7.0/
2. Extract Zip file content.
3. Run cosmian.exe file in the windows-release/target/release directory.
