Description
Make the following upgrades to the menu page:

### Help Video
- [x] Add the Video Tutorial card to the top: have title "What can this app do?" Link the card to the following video until further notice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ot4LZjtK0xo&t=1s
- [x] Add a "Invite Teammates" button, but then disable it until it gets hooked up later.
- [ ] Reformat the "Give Feedback on App" button to be longer and say "Give feedback or submit Help Ticket" and make it secondary or "white"
- [x] Add the "version number" in lighter grey font
### Redeploy Request
- [x] Add a Request Redeploy button. this button should do the following
- [x] open a "Request Redeploy" modal with the incident selector drop down
- [x] Allows a user to request access to an Incident by clicking "Submit"
- [x] Provide some kind of feedback that the request was made.
### Terms and Privacy
- [x] Add a Terms & Privacy button
- [x] If you click on the button, it loads a long modal with the terms and conditions content and a checkmark on the bottom to record if you agree.
- [x] IF the user has never agreed to the option, then auto pop up the Terms & Conditions Modal immediately on page load.
- [x] Disable the "Continue" button until the "I have read and agree" has been checked.
- [x] IF the user does not agree, exit to the login screen
### Bottom Graphics \* Menu Bottom up slider Modal
- [x] Add the "Get to Work here!" and other two graphics at the bottom.
- [ ] When you click on the Menu tab at the bottom, slide up a selector modal with the direct links to the following features (see image below)
