Purifier should extract disenchanted book before item itself

Short description:

Purifier currently will make you extract the item before the blook (enchanted book) that disenchanted it. Inverting this behavior, such that the enchanted book is extracted first, would really improve usability for cases where you need to remove multiple enchantments off a single item.
