Specify polygon filters for gating

Following up with #20, users might want to also use polygon filters for gating. For the sake of reproducibility, the polygon filters should be added to the logs section of the output file (with a hash that matches the one in the pipeline identifier). If multiple polygon filters are used, hashes should be separated by commas (and sorted). Hash collisions should be avoided (dynamic 4+ characters).
