Long press gesture function called when Biometric fingerprint required

Hi, can you solve the issue, for every apps that required biometric fingerprint to authenticate something e.g. installing apps on appstore, open password manager app, etc ? Maybe disable touch id daemon while the fingerprint popup appears, or else?
It's hard for me to disable long press gesture for apps that need biometric fingerprint.
