Feature Request: List missing marques in a file

It appears that when it's trying to download an nonexistent marquee it leaves behind an invalid png file which is really a text file saying: The service is unavailable. I like knowing which ones are missing but that's probably not the best way to do that. Could it generate a Missing.txt file or Missing_[PlatformName].txt file with the list of names for which no Clear Logo were found?

@WildCoder - do yo uhave examples of nonexistent marquees? I have yet to reproduce this.

Maybe my comment wasn't clear. It doesn't produce a resized marquee for the missing one it just leave an invalid png file in the orig folder.
