Submitter filter in MyDSpace Workflow Tasks shows ID instead of name

Describe the bug

In the MyDSpace "Workflow Tasks" page, when selecting a Submitter in the sidebar filter, the selected value displays the user ID instead of the user’s name.

In the DSpace Demo instance (https://demo.dspace.org/mydspace?configuration=workflow&spc.page=1
), after selecting a Submitter in the filter, the label shows something like 12345678-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx (the user’s UUID) instead of the actual display name.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in as an administrator user.
2. Go to the MyDSpace page.
3. Select Workflow Tasks in the sidebar.
4. Use the Submitter filter in the sidebar to select a user.
5. Observe that the selected Submitter’s label shows their ID rather than their name.

Expected behavior

After selecting a Submitter in the filter, the displayed label should show the user’s display name instead of the UUID or ID value.
