Try reorganizing tab-activities card layout

Problem

There is too much text dedicated to the same thing. People will figure out the app.

Solutions

Change layout on smaller form factors

Instead of the way it is laid out in two rows always right now, perhaps in sm and md (tablet portrait) we could share space on the top row.

Change Body Copy

Instead, we might want to think about changing this to something like:

From "X /n Residents who like X"

• To "Residents who like X", where X is bolded
• Add a data field for the way we represent the activity as a verb. For example "Xers" (e.g. Gardeners). If we do this, we might want to make a common format for likes that are actions vs. nouns. Grammar issues may ensue.
