Lesson1 files

For each lesson, we aim to have a filled and blank version.  On 2018-12-02, I updated the filled version of Lesson1 to insert explicit teaching about dictionaries, change path names, file names, and to correct typos.  Many changes were made, so this filled file was used as the basis for a new blank version.  Got stuck with git and failed to properly push the new notebook.
