Include Flink CDC connectors #276
Description
Include Flink CDC connectors of the most relevant DBs (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) into the runner uber JAR.
This is currently blocked, as Flink CDC does not support Flink 2.x yet. We need to wait Flink CDC 3.6.0, which is targeted to be released by the end of February 2026.
