[Feature Request] Properly support Motherduck

Dataflare already supports DuckDB and you can connect to MotherDuck, however it only displays one database as available (whatever the default database is configured when you connect). There can be multiple DuckDB databases in a single MotherDuck account and you can't explore these databases because they don't appear in the database dropdown in the sidebar.
