Add section on limitations/applicability

Not sure how general we can be, but I think a section that addresses the rough domain of applicability of the model and its limitations would be good (at minimum tides and waves). Alex's paper is not out yet and that is a more specific application, but will provide some helpful information once it is out on ranges of parameters that work and don't work.
