Add UI elements for showing tasks in project_dashboard.html

So we need to read the database for the task associated to the project using project_id and render the tasks according to the **date timeline** till the deadline of the project.

Also later we have to add stage deadline which task should adhere to and should have some UI effects when stage deadline is violated.
