Story - Release Management - Create and Configure Release Automatically #30
Description
This should include GitHub action that:
- Take the tag and use it to replace the version in the assembly info file
- Create the release notes and release files (exe, zip, etc) matching and following all our standard and convention template
- The release notes will take only the feature and the bug labels and remove Story or Bug prefix, it my replace it with Implemented and Fixed.
