Allow user to add missing modules to a detector.

Some detectors have modules missing. Currently the app supports preset detectors with missing modules but does not allow a user to add a detector  with missing modules. 

This may require a pop-up with buttons and change depending on the detector mask information. 
The user can then toggle rectangles to indicate which modules are missing in their detector.
