Description
Our algorithms should be a bit more verbose - at least there should be an option for them to be verbose!
For example, if we use automatic epsilon detection then I think a reasonable output prompt would be
''epsilon is tuned tue to BGH method.
optimal epsilon value found is 0.0625.
estimated intrinsic dimension is d = 3."
