Notification sound not working[BUG]

Twitter, message notification sound not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior
1 try to send message .
2 try to send distress signal
Message is coming currently but no notification sound

For this phone running properly yarn and webpack is required????
Bcoz i didn't use yarn and webpack...may be thats why notification and call not working

This week I had a lot of work, that's why I didn't update the resource, I hope I'll return to development next week if everything goes as planned. So sorry.
