Forge CDN

We should look into getting a CDN hosted version of Forge available for easier use with quick projects, such as third-party theming or places where a full dev environment is overkill.

@sheyd has set up a HTTPS server for Forge at adamantium.dosomething.org:

Another really cool option for this is npmcdn. Might be worth looking into more thoroughly at some point.
