Time on commit history is not based on local time?

I recently pushed a commit, the commit history states "18 hours ago". I'll take a peek at the commits js, see if I can remedy this.

It seems to work fine on my end.

The code takes system-time so maybe we have a problem there.

Seems to work now? I just did a commit, and it says the correct time. Though I'm noticing that some dates are incorrect,
