Add User to Section

Currently, an instructor cannot add students to their section directly, add a button called `add students` where you can add users. Preferably, there should be a way where the user can give a massive text file with all the students emails and it will automatically add them or create them an account then add them. This or they can go look up all users in the db and see their emails to add
