New-CredsTxtFile.ps1 - Need to display which account created the secured file

If account A creates the secured file and then account B tries to use it, the process would fail because it is not able to unencrypt the secured file. Sometimes the password might need to be updated but sometimes it's just a matter of who and how it was created.
