[API] Complete documentation of the 'datetime' query parameter #283
Description
To make life of an API user easier, the documentation of the 'datetime' query parameter must clearly state that the supported expressions are based on ISO 8601 and also what forms of ISO 8601 are supported (do we support omission of trailing zero components for example).
