Create RPM package for Centos/RHEL and Fedora

A maintaned spec-file adhering to redhats standard location of files would be an asset to the project. I could start this work.

@gaupe75, this is awesome, thanks. I also plan on creating an Ansible role for Debian/Ubuntu and RHEL base. At one point I was planning to create ISO with NetDB included similar to Snipeit_iso.

Thoughts?

Everything that gets the software used is good, but it need to get maintained. Installing the software through a package manager, pulling in all necessary packages would be my preference. It would also be easier when upgrading.
