el_check_elive_fixes_version

Right now, el_check_version isn"t very useful as it shows the version at the time of installation/reinstallation/upgrade mode. What about one that checks /etc/elive-version for the elive-fixes version ? It would be much more useful, e.g. checking if their system is up to date.
