[BUG] Walking next to bamboo causes intense fog (Fabric 1.21.1)

Describe the bug
Walking near any side of bamboo causes very intense fog to surround you, meaning running through a bamboo forest causes a lot of "flashing".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have LightWithin installed
2. Walk up to bamboo
3. Suddenly there's intense fog

Version information
LightWithin mod version: 2.0.1
Minecraft version: 1.21.1
Fabric API version: 0.116.7

Just in case it's related, though I had not used the ability at all
