Change Identify/Query Tolerance in Story Map Basic.

Hello!

I am wondering if there is a way to adjust the tolerance or buffered area around the point that a map is clicked to run an identify or query function. We have an application that uses PNGs for icons and if our users don't click close enough to the center of the PNG, the identify function will not return a result.
