[FEATURE] Verify .mat export from Settings panel

Feature Description

As exporting .mat files from SQLite the application overwrites .mat files in the output folder it would be relevant to ask the user to verify the action to avoid potential data loss.

Proposed Solution

Add a verification dialog explaining the consequences of exporting to the output folder, asking the user if they are sure
