[FEATURE] Add option to export validation statistcs

Feature Description

Not all users are interested in the validation statistics, especially when annotating from scratch.

Use Case

Data that are not used by everyone are exported by default.

Proposed Solution

Add a checkbox "Export validation statistcs" below the output folder path.
