Feature Request - Reference Time for Interval Backups

I have the server set to back up every 12 hours but would like to do that at 2am/pm to avoid peak use times. It would be great to have a start time for the interval. as it is I have to start the server at 2 so it will back up at the correct time. If I have to restart for anything else, it throws off the schedule.
