Make calibration data publisher #13
Description
In order to make it easier to distribute calibration data we should use a public S3 bucket or similar to publish the calibration data.
- Create a utility for publishing calibration data
- At startup the server should attempt to download and load the calibration data if there is no calibration data present in the server.
