As a User with 'passive collaborator' role I am able to create node requests. #17
Description
User can be superuser (admin: true) or standard user (admin: false). Standard user has a role for each knowledge graph that he is related to (that he can access). Standard user can be admin, active collaborator and passive collaborator.
