In some situations the Date displayed on strata in the A01 report is showing 0 when processing V3 cruise files

In V3 cruise files we removed the date fields from stratum. Instead we look at when the cruise data was created and display the earliest date as the stratum date.

However the detection method only looks for data tallied using FScruiser, which ignores any data added to the file though converting it but also ignores any manually added tree data.

We want to include any manually added trees when detecting the date for strata. For simplicity we should only look at trees, and not look at plots or when any tree counts were added to the cruise.
