resolve hostnames for reverse connection via DNS-over-HTTPS #33
Description
I've implemented optional ability to resolve hostnames via DoH. It should be good for stealth, because DoH connections may come from browsers, so these requests are less likely to draw attention. There's a drawback, however - the resulting executables are nearly 1MB fatter. Nevertheless, if you are still interested, I can create a pull request with this new feature.
