Description
Implement a Discord bot framework in a Google Cloud server template.
This framework will have utilities available to pull codebase updates to this repository.
This framework will support monitoring Discord and forwarding conversations into Solr for indexing. It will also provide embedding functions for text and conducting neural search against Solr's vectorized fields. Results from vector operations are to be stored in the FeatureBase server component.
